All content on the Learnwu platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Learnwu or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments for sessions and services are processed through our secure payment providers. All fees are displayed before confirmation. Refund eligibility is determined by our refund policy, which considers factors such as cancellation timing and session completion status.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnwu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
